Medications forms
When creating a new medication you will need to use the dropdown list to select a form, however there might be times when you’d want to add your own form.
Creating a new form
In the medications section click on the “Forms” tab and “Add form“.
The “Create form” window will appear, in the text box fill in the Form name and an Abbreviation.
Click on the “Save” button to create the new form.
You can rename or change the abbreviation by clicking on the Edit button.
Return to the Add medication page and you will see your new form within the form selection drop own list.
Unfortunately when creating a new medication there’s no way to save a draft of your progress.
If you require a new form, you will either need to create it before adding medication or create the medication and edit the form later.
