Exercise Designer Overview
When creating a new exercise you will enter the Exercise Designer Screen. The screen will vary depending if you are creating a dispense, validation or OTC exercise but are similar in layout.
For dispense and validation exercises, the Exercise Designer Screen is made up of three parts, the Review Panel, Edit exercise panel and prescription preview panel. The OTC exercise design screen only has the Review Panel and Edit exercise panel.
Review Panel
The Review Panel appears on the left side of the screen and will alert you if there is anything missing from the exercise, or if you have invalid data.
If an item has a Red Cross it means that information is missing or incorrect.
You can click on the cross or tick icons next to an item for more information.
You can also click on the “Export” button to export the exercise.
Edit Exercise Panel
The Edit Exercise Panel appears in the center of the screen and allows you to change all of the data and settings for the exercise.
You can expand/collapse the menu options within the Edit Exercise Panel via the Arrow icons that appear at the top of each menu section.
Different menu options will appear depending on what exercise you have created and what options you have enabled.
Prescription Preview Panel
The Prescription Preview Panel appears on the right hand side of the screen and shows you the prescription as it will look to the student in the exercise.
You can use the little arrow icon on the left of the Prescription Preview Panel to hide the panel, useful if you ever need more room while working in the Edit Exercise Panel.
