Adding Prescriber fact finder is very similar to adding Patient Fact Finding.

Open the Prescriber fact finding panel and check that Disable prescriber fact finding isn’t selected.

If you enable Prescriber Frustration you can set the number of calls the prescriber will take before they refuse to answer any more.

Select your Feedback type, basic or advance.

Under Facts, click on the Add response button for each topic to create the prescriber’s response.

Fill in the form for each response similar to patient fact finding.

Click Save to save your changes or Cancel to exit the window.

You can also hide topics by un-ticking the checkbox.

If you require additional facts you can also add your own custom fact via the Add custom fact button.

Finally if you selected basic feedback you’ll need to provide feedback for all of the topics you have defined.
