Nocturnal hypoglycaemia. Rx has two items – Metformin XR 1g Tab and Insulin glargine 100 IU/ml Inj. Can dispense metformin but consider changing the Lantus. Consider changing the Lantus Solostar to Toujeo. Toujeo is a concentrated version of insulin glargine (Lantus). The concentration of Toujeo is three times that of Lantus.
